Rob has been practicing in the southeast for well over a decade and currently heads up our Charlotte office. Rob has a large breadth of experience in many different kinds of legal matters, but concentrates primarily in obtaining just compensation for his injured clients and representing clients facing federal prosecutions. Rob was born and raised in Charlotte, attended college in South Carolina, and served our country in the military in Georgia. Rob’s areas of practice include wrongful death/catastrophic injury litigation, car accidents, slip and falls, whistleblower actions, military law, veteran’s benefits and federal criminal defense. He is admitted to practice in: Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, Federal District Court, 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and all military courts. He is the past president of the Savannah Area Citadel Alumni Club, an adjunct professor for the Armstrong Paralegal Program, and a member of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association.
