Rob has been practicing in the southeast for over twenty years.  A key component to Rob’s representation is communication.  All fellow colleagues, professionals, and clients have Rob’s personal cell phone and email.  All calls, emails, and texts are returned the same day by him or a staff member.  The Nye Law Group does not leave our clients and colleagues in the dark when it comes to information.           

Personal Injury: A majority of Rob’s practice area deals with recovery compensation for personal injury clients.  Representation includes cases involving: wrongful death; auto wrecks; slip and falls; whistleblower actions; Qui Tam suits; property injuries/assaults; tractor trailer wrecks; medical malpractice; veteran/military benefits.  Rob has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients. Rob was born and raised in Charlotte, attended college in South Carolina, and served our country in the military in Georgia (Fort Bending and Fort Stewart). He is admitted to practice in: Georgia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, U.S. District Court for the Western District of North Carolina, U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle District Court of Georgia, U.S. 4th and 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and all military courts.

Rob is also a member of North Carolina Advocates for Justice (NCAJ), American Legion, and Moose Lodge.
